Rumor allegations

A 2008 investigation by Der Spiegel found that people could gain honorary doctorate/professorship through donation[20] and in 2013 Costa Rica Star mentioned this allegations. Der Spiegel failed to find the names of teachers in the official website, and failed to find the new campus address at that time.[21]
