:I accepted this article because I don't like to be the judge, jury, and executioner in borderline cases, and I thought it required further input. As for why it is nominated for deletion, you can read my explanation at [[Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/The Sterling Winters Company |the nomination page]]: "This company does not appear to be notable. There are a variety of mentions in the media, but never any substantive discussion about the company. Overall, the sourcing is extremely thin." You can see the relevant notability policies at [[WP:GNG]] and [[WP:CORP]]. If you can improve the sourcing by adding articles that ''contain substantive discussion about the company'' (rather than mere mentions), please do. Note that adding additional poor-quality sources is unlikely to sway other users in favor of retaining the article.
