Amy Heidemann uploaded a video to the Karmin [[Facebook]] page and said that the album was based on the rising signs; and told the story about how they got a birthday gift from their manager, the birthday gift being a session with an Astrologer. They told the Astrologer how they wanted to leave [[Epic Records]] without "burning any bridges." He told the duo how to do leave without burning any bridges, and the duo followed what he said and it "worked down to the exact day that everything would be resolved." Nick and Amy then further studied [[Astrology]] and learned about the signs. According to Heidemann "Leo Rising" is "some of the best music we've ever made, ever in our lives, and it's 100% produced, written, record by [[Karmin]]." There are 12 songs on Leo Rising, one for each Rising sign. So there is one "For each of you" Amy said in her "Amy's Automobiles & Astrology Vlog." <ref>https://www.facebook.com/karminbook/videos/vb.100885193818/10153304900653819/?type=2&theater "Amy's Automobiles & Astrology Vlog."</ref>
