Transnational Speedway League: Anthems, Anecdotes, and Undeniable Truths is the debut full-length album by the band Clutch and was released on August 17, 1993, their first for East West Records.

Album information

The album received a parental advisory because of the repeated use of the word "motherfucker" in the song "Binge and Purge". It also saw the first recording sessions without Lawrence Packer as the recording engineer, who had worked on the previous first two EP's of the band.[2]

This album illustrates the bands beginnings in the Alternative, Punk Rock, Heavy Metal, Hardcore, Stoner Rock & Doom Metal scenes. The bands of this ear, who also had the Grunge label on top of everything else, and who had a very serious influence on the Alternative Rock sub-genre's of the early 90s, can be heard through on this album, stating that Clutch were there also, but had their own take on the musical progression of the time.[3]
