Madaari (Template:Lang-hi) is an upcoming Indian social-thriller film directed by Nishikant Kamat, presented by Bharat Shah and produced by Shailesh Singh, Madan Paliwal, Sutapa Sikdar and Shailja Kejriwal. The film is based on Mumbai Metro bridge collapse which took place in suburban Marol in 2012.[1] The film stars Irrfan Khan, Jimmy Shergill and Tushar Dalvi in the main cast and is scheduled for release on June 10 2016.[2][3][4]

Marketing

The first look poster of the film was unveiled through Twitter by Irrfan Khan and later the teaser of the film was revealed on YouTube on 10 May 2016.[5][6][7] The trailer was released by T-Series on 11th May 2016 on YouTube.[8]

Filming

The film was shot in New Delhi, Rajasthan, Dehradun, Shimla and Mumbai.[9]
