Terry A. Osborn, Ph.D., (born November 30, 1966), married to Dina Ciotola Osborn, is an American academic authority in applied linguistics and critical pedagogy. He is currently Vice Chancellor of Academic and Student Affairs at the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee, having served as Interim Chancellor in 2014.[1] Osborn taught public school for six years and was previously Dean of the College of Education at University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee. He was on the faculties of Fordham University, Queens College of City University of New York and the University of Connecticut.
