Ardha Padma Sukha Matsyasana or Half Lotus Easy Fish Pose is an Asana. The name takes roots from Sanskrit.

The name of this pose comes from "ardha" meaning "half, "padma" meaning "lotus", "sukha" meaning "easy", "matsya" meaning "fish".[1][2][3]

Benefits and Cautions
