Advance Financial is a family owned non-banked consumer financial services company based in Nashville, Tennessee employing over 700 employees and has been named to the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the country for the fifth year in a row[1]. The company’s service offering include free money orders, free bill payment, short term small dollar loans and wire transfers. 

The company was founded in 1996 starting as a 3Store chain with 3 employees and now operates in nearly 80 locations. Advance Financial is an active member in several trade organizations including Community Financial Services Association of America[2], Financial Service Centers of America[3] where the founders, Mike & Tina Hodges[4] serve on the board of directors[5] and Online Lenders Alliance[6]

Advance Financial is actively engaged in community development and supporting various charitable organization for which it has been recognized with a Gold For Corporate Social Responsibility Program[7] of the Year by the Golden Bridge Awards[8]. The company recently celebrated their 20th anniversary by contributing to The Conservancy for the Parthenon and Centennial Park in Nashville, TN[9].
