Tuomo Town Water Front

The Tuomo is situated in present day Delta State of Nigeria. On the present Tuomo, the town has three quarters namely Fukunor, Akerebunor or Egbonware and Ekeremobiri. Apart from its quarters, there are several other towns which came as a result from people who left the Town to camp somewhere to fish or trade. Such towns include Ogbobagbene Community, Tebegbe Town, Bolu Tebegbe community, Tamigbe Town, Bolu Tamigbe community and Torugbene Town make the Tuomo Clan.

Democracy

The People of Tuomo arrange chairman ship election yearly, apart from The highness commonly known as Amayenabor who stays in post for four years the rest are one year each.

Geographical Location

Tuomo is Located in Nigeria Delta State, Burutu Local Government Area Precisely, it shares Boundaries with Alaibiri of Bayelsa in the South and East, Bomadi in The North and Okpokonu in the West.

Remarkable People

Pa Money Ombe is the oldest man in the town with an 105 years, still walking and takes care of himself.
