Template:Sharksportal The cyrano spurdog, Squalus mitsukurii, is a dogfish, a member of the family Squalidae, found in the western central Pacific Ocean from the Chesterfield Islands, New Caledonia, and Éfaté, Vanuatu, between latitudes 16° S and 18° S, at depths of between 320 and 400 m. Its length is up to 77 cm, and there are no conspicuous black tips on the fins, and no white spots on the body.

Its reproduction is ovoviviparous, with 3 pups in a litter.
