Olivier Attia born 24 September 1969 is a French Technology entrepreneur and Financial Consultant. He holds an honors degree in Physics and Computer Science from University Paris, Pierre et Marie Curie and a Master's degree in Marketing and an Engineering degree in Information System Management from University Paris, Dauphine.[1][2]

Olivier Attia served from 2008 to 2012 as the Chief Executive Officer of Audionamix[3][4], the provider of audio source separation technology which was used to eliminate the vuvuzela sound from broadcasts of the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa[4], and in conjunction with Hans Zimmer built the musical themes for Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows.

In 2000, he founded SCANBUY inc. a software company that created the world’s first barcode scanning software technology, integrated for camera based cellular phones. It was named the Breakout Company of 2005 by Fortune Magazine. He acted as the Chief Executive Officer of SCANBUY inc. until 2006.[5][6]

Attia founded ClickOVA In 2006, a mobile platform for automatic backup of mobile phone content.[1] After one year in research and development, ClickOVA was launched and distributed, over a two-year period with over 260,000 active users in 193 countries.

Earlier in his career he was a Principal Manager in the National Internet Practice division at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York, where he provided consulting and strategic services from 1997 to 2000.[1] Prior to this role, Attia was a consultant at ATOS Group, where he specialized in the integration of new technologies. Attia lived in Mexico for two years.
