Fotor is a photo editing platform.^[1]

Founded in 2012,^[2] Fotor Photo Editor can be used online^[3] or downloaded as a free mobile and computer application^[4] compatible with Windows, Android, and Apple.^[5] It is used to adjust and alter images, both photographic and non-photographic.^[6]^[7]^[8] As of 2014, the apps were supported in fourteen languages.^[9]

In addition to basic photo editing tools such as cropping,^[10] red eye removal,^[11]^[12] the use of stickers and overlays,^[13] photo deblurring,^[14]^[15] and aperture addition. ^[12] Fotor can also be used for graphic design and collage making.^[11] Though the initial app is free, some options are only available through an in-app purchase,^[12] or via the Fotor Pro version.^[3] Fotor also has a module dedicated to making collages and smart templates with support for image layers.^[16]^[17]
