Doesn't really make sense, to redirect to something only a minnesota local would think of, considering crosstown probably refers a local road in just about every county in the US, and most English speaking countries. This term Monkeygunya is used for HFMD in southern India. The aim of listing this for RFD is not just to keep or delete this particular Redirect, but I would like to know the consensus of the community in having such redirects.
