History

Touch2Success was founded in 2008 by Ardian Mula. Ardian’s passion for computers led him to start a part-time job of fixing computers while he was still at school. A year later, frequent requirements from his clients resulted in the commencement of a small scale business with a team of 4. At the request of one of his clients who own a takeaway business, Ardian developed a website to receive online orders. That marked the initial step towards the start of Touch2Success. Ardian and his team started focusing more on the challenges faced by takeaway and restaurant owners in the UK which made them embark on finding new ways to simplify the order management process in the takeaway industry.

Ardian then set on the path towards the formation of Touch2Success as a company with the aim of promoting online ordering systems among takeaways and restaurant businesses in the UK. The first POS solution by Touch2Success was sold in 2009. Within a year’s time, the company managed to add 300 takeaways to the client list.

Growth in terms of client requirements paved the way to the commencement of an Egypt office with an additional 17 members of the team initially working on the takeaway menu requirements. Focusing more on the customer service and technical support requirements, Touch2Success opened a new office in India in 2012, which was later on upgraded to a 24/7 operations centre in 2013.

At present, the office area cumulates up to 42,000 sqft accommodating 450+ staff across various departments including Product Development, Customer Services, Technical Support, Business Support, Sales and Elite teams.

2015 turned out to be the year when Touch2Success focused more on the product development part, releasing the major Fusion 7 app (Supporting software for POS systems) and supporting mobile apps. Offering both iOS and Android versions of POS - termed as My Takeaway app lets the takeaway or restaurant managers handle their business remotely, regardless of their location.

Since its inception in 2008, Touch2Success has managed to release numerous versions of their POS supporting software solution - termed as Fusion. Touch2Success currently has its client presence across the United Kingdom.

Drive2Success, the supporting app for takeaways to manage their delivery process was first launched in 2015, that now is offered free with all the packages.

In 2016, with an aim to provide additional marketing support for their POS customers, Touch2Success started to work on developing Foodhub - an online food portal where takeaways can list and showcase their business and menu to the public. As a pilot experiment, Foodhub was first launched in the city of Carlisle. With a 0% commission policy on all orders, Foodhub disrupted the food portal market that relied on commission-per-order based business model. A year later in 2017, the web, iOS and Android versions of Foodhub were released making food ordering facility available through PC's, laptops and smartphones. Foodhub has now a widespread presence serving more than 100 cities and towns across the UK. By 2019, Foodhub has grown immensely to be one of the market-leading online food ordering platforms in the UK[1].

Takeaways or restaurants subscribing to any of the packages offered by Touch2Success will get the privilege of free Foodhub listing. Foodhub services are available for businesses that are not Touch2Success clients too but on a weekly rental basis. In 2018, Wrights Food Group launched a home delivery service in partnership with Foodhub[2].
