Bombers is a sports drama web series^[1] starring Ranvir Shorey^[2], Aahana Kumra, Sapna Pabbi and Varun Mitra playing leading roles. The series follows the trials and tribulations of the fictional Chandannagar-based football club Bombers FC - primarily set in West Bengal. The football-based web series was released by ZEE5^[3] on 22nd June 2019 as a part of its on-demand content streaming service. Bombers has been directed by Vishal Furia and written by Vishal Kapoor.

The series is the digital debut of Indian National Football Team Captain and the captain of Bengaluru FC, Sunil Chhetri^[4]^[5]

Release

The first motion poster of Bombers was released on 27th May 2019, followed by a second motion poster featuring the cast on 29th May 2019. On the 3rd of June 2019, a minute-long promo announcing the cast of the series was released online.
