Hi, I'm a member of [[Wikipedia:WikiProject Russian History]], just founded. We would like to find a way to put our banner ("{{tl|WikiProject Russian History}}") at the top of every Talk page associated with an Article page tagged with [[:Category:History of Russia]]. Requests for template substitution, replacement, or addition
Hi, I'm a member of Wikipedia:WikiProject Russian History, just founded. We would like to find a way to put our banner ("{{WikiProject Russian History}}") at the top of every Talk page associated with an Article page tagged with Category:History of Russia.
