Emil, et al: For future edification, if an editor wishes an article to be assessed, it isn't appropriate to approach a selected editor and request an assessment. There is a process for this, as there is for most everything on Wikipedia, which mostly has been ignored regarding the article in question. For an assessment, one would go to the relative Wikipedia project, which can be located on the article talk page. In this case, it is [[WP:WPBIOA&E]] and click on Assessments in the right hand column, and make a posting in [[Wikipedia:WikiProject Biography/Assessment#Requesting an assessment]].
