Salamatu Taimako is a Ghanaian doctor in herbal medicine and an entrepreneur in the Northern Region of Ghana. She is an award winning expert in herbal medicine.^[1]

She has gained international recognition for her works in herbal medicine.

Salamatu is an envrionmentalist, philanthropist, traditional midwife, wildlife conservationist, counselor and a horticulturist.^[2]
