Motor Vehicle Software Corporation (MVSC) – a company that introduced the first comprehensive Registration Management System in the State of California in 2005. MVSC's main product is DMVDesk.[1]

Founders[edit]

The original founders of the MVSC were Don Armstrong, known for creating of the first online vehicle and watercraft registration renewal system for the State of Michigan, and Kelly Kimball, who is recognized as an early innovator of eGovernment.[2]

Products[edit]

MVSC's main product is DMVDesk, for which it received an honorable mention in the 2009 Automotive News PACE Awards.[3]
