Walking Habit is a Healthy Lifestyle Habit ... Walking is the most natural exercise habit to lead a healthy lifestyle. It is inexpensive, does not require special equipments, can be done at the most convenient pace and individualized. It doesn't require one to go to the gym or fitness center, buy any sports gear or require any coaching. Yet, there are certain good practices to be followed to derive the full benefit form this simple exercise habit and avoid any adverse effects.
Due to the influx of people to urban centers and affected lifestyles, many people have given up the good habit of walking in their daily routine. Either due to laziness or because of false notions, people do not walk even short distances.
