Can anyone help with the timing of Hensley's departure? The original copy in this article said Hensley quit Toe Fat after returning from the second US tour supporting the band's debut album (which was released July '70). The problem is that Wiki's entry for Hensley says he formed Spice (later renamed Uriah Heep) around Christmas 1969. Heep's debut album was also released in mid-1970. It's unlikely Hensley was in both bands at the same time, and unlikely he was touring the US with Toe Fat in mid-70 after he'd already recorded with Heep. That suggests he recorded with Toe Fat mid-1969 and left before the record was released and before they did any US touring.Grimhim 01:56, 12 July 2007 (UTC)

:Hensley didn't 'form' Spice - that was Box/Byron's band. He joined Spice, which metamorphed into Heep. Hensley left Toe Fat after a single tour. 50.111.25.210 (talk) 07:32, 17 January 2021 (UTC)
