The Panda plant that is listed is a different plant in Brandywine - there are now 2 Panda plants in Brandywine, MD

westport is listed in the https://mde.state.md.us/programs/LAND/MarylandBrownfieldVCP/Documents/www.mde.state.md.us/assets/document/FORMER%20WESTPORT%20GENERATING%20STATION(1).pdf as originally coal, converted to oil.
