On page 92 of that guide (re Section X, Box 139) there is mention of a biographical sketch of Josephine written by brother Theodore. This sketch is listed as item 139.15. There one might find Josephine's birth date, for instance. Some details of her polyglotism may also be given. I have an Email from the Vaals city council with a scan of the original registration forms for both Theodore and Josephine. Their precise dates of moving from Aachen to Vaals as well as the address and places of birth and their status within the household (mother, head) are given. Date of move to Vaals
