No this is not true. Right of information is a act by which RTI activist find out information from government and if there is any irregularities media covered their information in the form on news. Is it not like this he just got mentioned whole news in based in his information. If you read whole news you will get to know. You will see in every media news You will find RTI was Filed by activist vivek pandey it clearly shows whole news in on his work and finding. He has also given interviews on big media house like times now and tv9 bharat
