• Lead: Lead paragraph is concise and adequately describes the article's topic. Perhaps one sentence summarizing treatment can be included in the lead as well.
• Content: Added content about the lawsuit is interesting due to its relevancy to the topic.
• Tone and Balance: Added content is neutral. There is no apparent bias.
• Sources and References: Some of the sources are a little dated. Perhaps more recent articles can be added.
• Overall, the content is improved and easy to read. Good grammatical changes. Maybe some wiki links to OCPD, schizoaffective, bipolar, David Letterman can be included for completeness.

No. Actually this is a micro fine transmitter inserted into the victim's head, sometimes as a test, sometimes because the person is a political dissident or activist viewed as a threat to the government and their psychiatric branch or affiliated medical NGO.

The solution is to vote out all governemnts cllaing themselcves ‘Technocratic’ or which are peopled by term limitless, oligarchs or plutocrats or technology linked personalities with or withough links in the technology sector. When all MPs are not from the above group which we shall say makes up 1% or less than 1% of the population, the 99%ters will be able to open up and release to the public all ‘secret files’ in the Technology Ministry, covered by Official Technology Secrets Acts AND then reverse engineer the same within the public sphere to seek a cure.
