Trinity Rodman (born May 20, 2002) is an American professional soccer player who plays as a forward for Washington Spirit of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL).[3] She is the youngest player ever drafted in NWSL history.[4]
Early life
Rodman began playing soccer with SoCal Blues at the age of ten.[5][6] She won four national championships in the Elite Clubs National League and Rodman's team maintained a five-year undefeated streak.[5]
Rodman initially committed to play collegiate soccer for UCLA Bruins before changing her mind and deciding to follow her older brother to Washington State Cougars.[7] She never played a match in college, however, as her freshman season was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.[8]

International career
Rodman played for the United States under-17 team at the 2018 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup in Uruguay. Rodman played 165 minutes and notched one assist.[13] In 2020, Rodman played for the United States under-20 team at the 2020 CONCACAF Women's U-20 Championship, scoring 9 goals in the tournament.[8] She was later nominated for the 'US Soccer Young Female Player of the Year' award, which was won by under-20 teammate Naomi Girma.[8]
Personal life
Rodman is the daughter of former professional basketball player Dennis Rodman. Her brother DJ Rodman plays college basketball for Washington State.[2][8][14]
