Pristyn Care is a Gurgaon-based health-tech startup that provides medical and minimally invasive surgical treatments to patients.[2][3] The main focus of Pristyn Care is offering full-stack healthcare services in a seamless manner. The healthcare company started its services in Gurgaon and expanded to other metro cities, including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Kolkata.[4]

In India, the residents of Tier II and Tier III cities had to migrate or travel to metro cities for medical care as these services were not available in these locations. Pristyn Care resolved this challenge by expanding the medical services to Tier II and Tier III cities as well.[5]

At present, Pristyn Care provides super-specialty care for Proctology, Laparoscopy, Gynaecology, Vascular, ENT, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedics, Fertility, Aesthetics, and Urology.[2]

It is one of the fastest companies to become a unicorn in India. [6] [7]

History

Pristyn Care was founded in 2018 by Harsimarbir Singh, Dr. Vaibhav Kapoor, and Dr. Garima Sawhney. The organization was built with a vision to provide patient-centric care to the patients throughout the surgical treatment journey.[8] In 2019, Pristyn Care had around 70+ clinics with 250+ partnered hospitals across 14 cities. The in-house surgeons were around 70+.[9] Over time, the company expanded the services and acquired more clinics, hospitals, and doctors to make advanced treatment accessible for as many people as possible. Currently, with an ecosystem of 100+ clinics, 700+ partner hospitals, and 300+ in-house super-specialty doctors, the company has established itself in 40+ cities across India.[10] The doctors employ the latest medical technologies that were earlier usually limited to corporate hospitals of metro cities and Tier 2 cities.
