Joe Don Rooney (Born September 13, 1975 in Baxter Springs, Kansas) is a country music singer best known for his work as a singer/lead guitarist of the hit country group Rascal Flatts. He plays the electric, acoustic and bass guitars, along with the mandolin.

Private Life

He married former Playmate of the Year Tiffany Fallon on April 23, 2006.Rooney has two dogs: a miniature Dachshund named Sajack "Jack" , and a bullmastiff named Coco. He can never leave home without his golf clubs and guitar picks.Even though he was born in Baxter Springs, Kansas, he grew up in Picher, Oklahoma.
