Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Hello, I'm Deepfriedokra. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, it's important to be mindful of the feelings of your fellow editors, who may be frustrated by certain types of interaction, such as your addition to User:Sigwald. While you probably didn't intend any offense, please do remember that Wikipedia strives to be an inclusive atmosphere. In light of that, it would be greatly appreciated if you could moderate yourself so as not to offend. Thank you. --Deepfriedokra (talk) 12:40, 16 March 2022 (UTC)
Interaction ban proposal for User:Sigwald
Whilst I understand your anger at being blocked on the Russian Wikipedia, I hate it when disruption spills over to the English Wikipedia. And I've certainly experienced cross-Wiki harassment for my admin actions here. So, as you have been contributing constructively here, I propose the following
- interaction ban with User:Sigwald . I ask you not to interact with them in any way.
- I will partial block you from their user and talk pages.
- Please do not ping them or email them.
- Please avoid pages they have edited. Certainly, do not revert their edits.
- Please do not interact with them on any article talk pages.
- No form of interaction I have failed to mention here. please.
- If you do not find this satisfactory, I would be happy to discuss it at the admin noticeboard.
Cheers, and happy editing. --Deepfriedokra (talk) 14:14, 16 March 2022 (UTC)
- Hello.
- I'm not angry. But I really think that blocking me is the case of using the authority to suppress the truth (regarding authoritarian fascist regime in russia, in this case) which contradicts the base principles of Wikipedia.
- Therefore I ask for your assistance in the following:
- 1. Revoke User:Sigwald administrative powers.
- 2. Restore my rights in Russian section of Wikipedia.
- Please, advise on the matter.
- Thank you. PashaTarsius (talk) 17:10, 16 March 2022 (UTC)
