Rastriya Swatantra Party (transl. National Independent Party; abbr. RSP) is a political party in Nepal.[3] The party was founded in June 2022 by Ravi Lamichhane. The party was registered with the Election Commission of Nepal on 2022 July 1, ahead of the 2022 Nepalese general election.[4] The party's commitment is to improve the standard of living so that the Nepalese people will realize the aspirations of sustainable peace, good governance, development and prosperity as envisioned by the Constitution of Nepal.[5]The party's election symbol is bell.[6]

The party has nominated 131 candidates for the First Past the Post seats for the 2022 Nepalese general election.[7]
