Just because The Dooley and Pals Show is not on PBS anymore, doesn't mean we remove some PBS info from the page. — FilmandTVFan28 (talk) 00:59, 4 October 2016 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.174.136.60 (talk)

I remember Dooley being a Dinosaur, thinking it was a Barney rip-off. This article confirms that Dooley was supposed to be a Dinosaur. Any more information about this? Was there a pilot series made earlier (similar to Jay Jay The Jet Plane's earlier Direct To Videos, and "Clifford's Fun With" TV Series) ... was there a similar Direct To Video series with Dooley as a Dinosaur instead of an alien? Nah dude, he's a bee-like alien from space. Not sure why it says dinosaur. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.166.136.83 (talk) 01:58, 31 August 2014 (UTC)

I too remember Dooley originally being a dinosaur. If memory serves me right the original series was about a green dinosaur who hung around a group of kids inside a tree house (which looked more like somebody's living room). Many of the characters, plots, and songs were later reworked into "Dooley and Pals". The original Dooley aired on PBS in the early-mid 90's. I haven't been able to find any further information on it. It's possible only a few PBS affiliates picked it up. Obviously, none of this information can be added to the article without an official source. --Comedy3 (talk) 08:38, 28 March 2014 (UTC)

Dinosaur?!
