Shervin is an Iranian name given to boys. There are a variety of spellings including Sherwin and Shirven and Sherveen. Girls are often named Shirin not Shervin.

Shervin is also a Persian given name: Everlasting or eternal soul; also the legendary Persian knight ('The legendary Persian knight' was the angel of darkness that represented the Persian world power) and the name of several ancient (legendary) kings.
