:Soviet copyright law isn't my strong suit, but upon reading it i "think" that it is public domain per them since it appears to have been published before 1973. Soviet copyright law isn't my strong suit, but upon reading it i "think" that it is public domain per them since it appears to have been published before 1973. I'll keep it for now as a result, though I'm not 100% certain. Wizardman 16:21, 21 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
