Low-imprtance

Irreecha marked as low-importance. As Irreecha is the big festival with long history and millions attendant, I expected it to have better importance. And I did not know why wikipedia:WikiProjectEthiopia put the importance while they are not editing. Anyways, can I get the criteria to judge the importance.

When?
