I don’t think there is a Manual style for it. Every movie titles in Wikipedia are always in italics what I did was right. Description not in italics are either a person, an object, or an animal. I hope you understood what I was saying. [[Special:Contributions/120.28.249.138|120.28.249.138]] ([[User talk:120.28.249.138|talk]]) 14:37, 18 October 2023 (UTC)

Hello, welcome to my talk page!

If you want to leave a message, please do it at the bottom, as a new section, for better formatting. You can do that by simply pressing the plus sign (+) or "new section" on the top of this page. And don't forget to sign your messages with four tildes, like this: ~~~~

Attention: I prefer to keep discussions unfragmented. If you leave a comment for me here, I will most likely respond to it on this same page—my talk page—as an effort to keep the entire conversation in one place. By the same token, if I leave a comment on your talk page, please respond to it there. Remember, we can use our watchlist to keep track of when responses are made. At the same time, feel free to send an alert to me on this page about a comment you have left elsewhere.

Thank you!

@67.184.178.62 you did not provide reliable Source or reference according to your change, So I reverted you're edit because Wikipedia only trust on reliable source. ÀvîRâm7(talk) 09:24, 23 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

July 2023

  1. Please do not write "unexplained page blanking" in the edit summary, as you did in Child labour in the diamond industry and multiple others [1], when the revision being reverted is not a simple blanking of page content.
  2. Your reverts in Wikipedia:Expectations and norms of the Wikipedia community and multiple others [2] are clearly inappropriate. Please be more careful when reverting other people's changes, and when other editors respond to your warning on talk page, do not ignore them.

Changes on a page

Hi Aviram, I'd like to add an addendum to my last changes on a wikipedia page;

The nearest thing to a citation I can give you is a wayback link if this is plausible: ([3]https://web.archive.org/web/20201126132255/https://www.kingsdownschool.co.uk/alumni/tommy-hatto

If you google "Kingsdown School Alumni Tommy Hatto" he previously was named on the school website as a notable alumni of 2008 (Wayback machine needed, link already made above). Kingsdown school is a school for children aged 11-16. Finishing school at 2008 at the age of 16, makes his birth year 1992 (I need to note here too, finishing school at 13, skipping 3 years which would be the case for a 1995 birth is not really done within the UK).

There has been a large effort by the person in question to remove this evidence from the internet, perhaps in an attempt to appear younger for the modelling industry. More recently he has also been trying to pass off a birth year of 1998 (to make himself 25), rather than 1995, so this is another change that may need a look out.

I understand the neccessity to ensure Wikipedia pages stay factual; I hope this clarifies the changes made, and also why citations for this become a little more challenging over time.

If there are any other questions I can answer, I am at your disposal :) 134.130.15.1 (talk) 11:22, 24 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Ack, further addition to this of 134.130.15.1 (talk) 11:23, 24 July 2023 (UTC) of course![reply]

@134.130.15.1134.130.15.1 Hello, Ok I no probelm but i was problems with you in past because you did not added Citing sources or reliable sources in Tommy Hatto but I happy you added a source but I don't think your provide link is prove Verifiability 's Tommy Hatto 's Birthday date.ÀvîRâm7(talk) 11:52, 24 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
That is understandable, and I can see why it is not an ideal source. As he is trying to remove all traces of his real age from the internet, can I also propose that he should provide reliable proof of being born in 1995 before it is changed to 1995 automatically? As this is something that cannot actually be done either, perhaps it is better to remove the date of birth from wiki altogether? 134.130.15.1 (talk) 14:37, 24 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@134.130.15.1 Yes it can happen but for this a discussion will have to be done on his talk to change his date of birth if you prove that his real date of birth is wrong here and there reliable source will have to be provided, if your point is proved to be true then the date of birth of the article will be changed.ÀvîRâm7(talk) 15:08, 24 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I have noticed that you had recently removed a link to a PhD thesis for Alan Shepard (academic) that is hosted on ProQuest via this diff but did not state a reason for this removal. Are you aware that PhD candidates at nearly all U.S. universities are required to submit a copy of their thesis to this company to make their thesis available at academic libraries at other universities? Are you also aware that ProQuest makes available downloadable PDF copies for free of theses submitted by recent U.S. PhD graduates to anyone who is physically located at a university that has a ProQuest subscription and if the thesis has not been digitized yet, create a link for the person physically at the academic library to request a copy via inter-library loan (either electronically or physically)?

I would like to see your reasoning behind this removal since you are unintentionally hindering persons who might want to access this publication. If you want to find out how academic libraries in the United States use ProQuest, I suggest contacting a librarian at an American university (or your university if you are located in the U.S. or possibly Canada). Thank you in advance. -- 108.71.214.235 (talk) 06:18, 30 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@108.71.214.235 Hello, I restore your Link on Alan Shepard (academic). –––ÀvîRâm7(talk) 09:15, 30 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

AFDs

Hello, Aviram7,

In several AFD deletion discussions, you have stated, "Speedy Delete". However, speedy deletion is a different process of deletion on Wikipedia, Criteria for Speedy Deletion. If you believe that an article fits one of the criteria for speedy deletion, you can tag it with an appropriate CSD tag. But saying "Speedy Delete" at an AFD discussion makes no sense with that deletion process. Stating a simple "Delete", along with your deletion rationale, is sufficient. Articles in an AFD are not speedily deleted. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 01:30, 2 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Liz Hello and Thank you for given me this information releated to WP:AFD, Kind regards –––ÀvîRâm7(talk) 02:07, 2 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

May I kindly ask why you are reverting my edits? The plural form of “octopus” is “octopi” not “octopuses” (See also User talk:Layah50#Legend of the Octopus) 2601:204:C901:B740:11F6:F6AF:46A8:87DD (talk) 03:43, 2 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Andrew Parker Bowles and the 6th Earl of Macclesfield

I'm not very experienced in editing pages on Wikpedia, I just noticed an error and thought it needed to be fixed, so I have no idea how to refer to a source correctly. What I was talking about, in addition to Wikidata, it can also be checked here (https://thepeerage.com/p6962.htm#i69613, it seems to be frequently referenced on other pages, so it's probably considered a reliable source), in the family tree of Derek Parker Bowles, Andrew's father. Derek's father was Eustace Parker Bowles, born as just Eustace Parker in the family of his father, Algernon Parker, not Cecil Parker. So I hope maybe someone more experienced can add a source. 109.252.135.239 (talk) 20:08, 9 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Signature

Hey, Aviram7! I like your signature! However, one thing-per WP:SIGIMAGE, images aren't allowed in signatures, so that'll have to be changed. Other than that, it's good! Tails Wx (they/them) 07:10, 13 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Tails Wx Hello! and Thanks for given me this important information releated to WP:SIGIMAGE, now I'm removed image from our signature. Kind regards -- :) Âvîrâm7(talk) 07:22, 13 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
