I'm very reluctantly requesting a checkuser, and I do not want to have to do this. At the moment, I'm one person against a pathological LTA, with a history of prolific account creation and targeted harassment. I'm including the two most recent already-confessed IPs for documentation. The two named accounts are single purpose and single minded, about Kansas City metro demographics. Duv1995 has only edited one article. Neither respond to the mass correction of their multitudinous rudimental mistakes in literacy, about Wikipedia, and about common sense. Non-US date formatting. Lots of WP:OR. These traits are all the same as Kansascitt, who is currently back on the warpath as a five year nonstop and unrepentant LTA because of his pathological obsession with self-entitlement to WP:OFFER. In his mind, that's the carrot in front of his nose, aside from Wikipedia's open door policy for editing in general. It's not "if", it's "when".
In any case, I propose a ban. I am seconding that suggestion stated years ago in this SPI. There can be no crack in the wall, for the possibility for any future admin to misinterpret anything, to eliminate the concept of WP:OFFER from the abuser's dialog of harassment and begging, and to correctly respond to his endless single-agenda lawless abuse. — Smuckola(talk) 04:07, 26 December 2023 (UTC)
