Her career in the media industry began in May 2013 as an intern at ''Standard Group'' for five months. A year later, she rejoined the station to work as an Online Sub-Editor and a Social Media Editor.

Majale shifted to Tuko.co.ke, a subsidiary company of Pan-African Digital MediaCompany, Legit, as an Online News Editor in June 2016. She was later promoted to Monitoring Editor at the end of May 2017.

Her rise was meteoric as she was promoted to Managing Editor for three years and later Managing Director.
