Achia Remegio (born on December 27 1970) is a Ugandan Politician, Economist and Statistician.[1] He has been a member of Parliament under the National Resistance Movement representing Pian County, Nakapiripirit District from 2006 to the present.[2][3][4]
Personal life and education
She was born in Nakapiripirit District found in the Northern Region of Uganda.[1] He is married to Uganda’s Director of Public Prosecutions, Justice Jane Frances Abodo.[1]
He attended St. Mary’s Seminary Nadiket, Moroto, Uganda for his secondary school diploma. Between 1986 to 1990, he joined Makerere University and graduated with a Bachelor of Statistics and Applied Economics.[1]

Controversies
In May 2013, he was arrested for driving while drinking.[1] He was harassed for hastily trespassing through a restaurant in Wandegeya despite the written note on the gate.[6]
