Colourblocks follow the adventures of blocks in Colourland, each one named after a colour. They appear to have a specific shape and colour. When one Colourblock goes to the side of another: they transform into (or mix into) a different Colourblock to make a new colour. [[BBC Studios]] commissioned Colourblocks as an animated series for children aged 3–6 to be developed by [[Essex]] production company [[Blue Zoo Animation Studio|Blue Zoo]].
