Andriy Kutsenko (28 December 1989 – 3 July 2024) was a Ukrainian track cyclist who competed in the team sprint event at the 2013 UCI Track Cycling World Championships.[1] He was raised in Lviv Oblast.[2]

With the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, Kutsenko joined the Ukrainian Army. He died on 3 July 2024 during a combat mission.[2]
