Added info
Added some info & started to organise but my knowladge is somewhat limited use of stopwatch etc. can prob., be assumed in the histroy seciton but don't know detials. Wariations on position & number of speakes probably exist as do methods of measering stroke rate (i'd assume something one stroks swivel but dont' know. Nate1481 21:22, 12 October 2006 (UTC)

stroke rate
