I am getting sick and tired of our anonymous AOL IP editor running roughshod over the Nation of Islam and anti-Semitism article while refusing to participate in any sort of consensus building on the Talk: page. Is there something that can be done about it? Jayjg (talk) 04:47, 29 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Well, it's probably User:JohnBlaz; whenever it runs out of reverts, JohnBlaz shows up, or vice versa, or another proxy IP. I don't think it's a regular Wikipedia editor outside of a very small number of articles related to NOI, ADL, and a couple of similar topics. Jayjg (talk) 05:05, 29 Apr 2005 (UTC)

re: WP:VFD

Then it should be archived properly. Just cutting that abusive nomination out of the VfD list means that the discussion will never go through the workprocess of archival. It will never get the "closed discussion" header and footer. If someone ever does make a good faith nomination, this will still be out there clogging up the normal nomination space and, what really makes it a problem, will still show as an unresolved nomination. Abusive nominations should be shouted down as abusive, closed early and archived properly. That's all I was trying to say. Rossami (talk) 12:36, 29 Apr 2005 (UTC)
