This is my user talk page, and will always be my user talk page. No one can take that away. The following is quoted from my personal website and is only accessible here via quote. Any altering of the following text or taking a majority of it and copying to any other page without my explicit approve will be deemed as a violationg of my copyright/Intellectual Property privledges and is against the GFDL policy.

User:Deskana, like a few other people, do not have the best interest of this encyclopedia. They do not understand the rules, nor do they enforce the rules. They do not have the authority to make such claims as they do, and when they are forced to do something such as remove copyrighted content, they ensure that the owner of the content is unable to do such. Not only is that an extremely egregious violation of Wiki policy, it also goes against everything that Wikipedia is founded on. Yes, I have sent in a written letter expressing these concerns to Wikipedia. Not only did I demand that my intellectual property, which was never explicity, and thus not legally, be removed from the pages, I demanded the violators of my intellectual property, namely Deskana, be removed for not obeying the wishes of the Intellectual Property owner. Not only did he refuse to remove my work, he merged my personal page on my user page into Wikipedia without my permission. Legally, I have invoked my right under GFDL and made it public that my personal space is not to be copied onto the main page, and taking the history logs of my personal space and merging it violates my right.

Thus, there are three major violations by Deskana. Not only did I request an official apology, I also requested that User Deskana is properly repremanded for not obeying Wikipolicy. If User:Deskana would like to apologize now, and then unban me so I can remove my intellectual property from this website, then I will take back my demand for him to permanently be removed for violating serious Wikipedia copyright policy.

It is obvious that User:Deskana does not care about Wikipedia. It is obvious that User:Deskana is not here to satisfy the first priority of Wikipedia, which is to provide an Encyclopedia. User:Deskana is a wiki anarchist, like a few other Admin, who wishes to disrupt quality edits and instead allow people like User:Someguy0863, who doesn't contribute actual substance to a page, but instead edits out actual cited information, makes unverifiable claims, and breaks every other wiki policy, to dominate, bully, and chase away those who actual contribute real information.

Under Maryland law, internet stalking is any following of a person from place to place which causes emotional distress and that personal has been 1. made aware of it, and 2. asked not to do it. This is not the same under Florida law. However, it should have been enough to warrant at least an Admin asking user Someguy to stop trying to move, edit, and do the rest to things he has no verifiable information supporting him, on the pages that I am using.

It is obvious that Someguy is not wanted around me. It is obvious that user Someguy had nothing real to contribute to the topic. It is obvious that user Someguy is purposely edit warring wherever he can around me. Not only did he do it to the two Warhammer pages, he has also done it to the three other pages that I have been a part of.

I have made proper amends for any violation that I have done previous. I have gone out of my way to patch up things between people that I fought with. I have gone to great lengths to not follow people from their pages, or to do anything like that out of respect. However, it seems that respect is only demanded by specific people, and that other people are allowed to use the Admin like pets. Not only is that a severe violation of Etiquette, its also a violation of admin policy.

Furthermore, it is obvious that I did not duplicate any edit more than twice. I made good edits each time, reverting back broken links, fixing unsourced information, and going out of my way to ensure that a page fulfills the Games Workshop IP policy. That is the law. Games Workshop explicitly does not allow people to mislabel their works and explicitly demands that everything be sourced properly back to them. They also explicitly demand many other things which I have gone out of my way to make sure that Wikipedia incorporates. However, the Admin here do not respect Games Workshop or even their own Encyclopedia.

Not only is that disgusting, it will only harm the Encyclopedia. So yes, User:Deskana et al are only a festering wound in the Encyclopedia, as they care more about defending their friends and preparing for war instead of approaching a topic unbiased, researching the whole issue, and doing what is best for Wikipedia. They promote stalkers who do not contribute to the Encyclopedia and only show disrespect to all others.

The only word for that is disgusting.

If any of you even tried to come to the Warhammer wiki, you will be shown the door, because they don't tolerate such disruptions as those here are hellbent on."
