"Achey Jakey Heart, Part 1" is episode #2.35 of the television series Hannah Montana.

Plot

Jake is back from Romania, hoping that Miley will be there waiting for him. He was wrong. He returns to see that Miley is dating Dex, the new high school hottie of her life. Jake is heartbroken, thinking that the connection they had four months ago would keep her waiting for him. Jake tries to charm and woo Miley away from Dex, however he forgot about the other girls in Malibu who love him and manages to win over every girl but Miley. Jake tells reporters on live TV that he's in love with Miley Stewart as Miley, Lilly, and Robbie are watching. Miley realizes she loves him back. Later on Miley is dressed as Hannah and she is at the beach with Lily dressed as Lola. Lily sees Jake and makes a run for it. Miley quickly rips off her wig and puts on a trench coat. Jake walks up and they start to talk. Jake is very sorry and he starts to say that he is not going to try to get her. He also reveals his real name to Miley. She really feels bad and decides to tell him her secret. She grabs her wig and says "I have a secret too" She turns around and puts on her wig then opens the trench coat to reveal the Hannah outfit. She finishes with "I'm Hannah Montana."

Jackson and Oliver create a successful business selling Cheezy Jerky, which makes Rico jealous and causes him to create a plan to steal the recipe. But as Rico is getting set he misplaces the plans. Jackson walks by Rico's shop and spots the plans to Rico's plot .

• This episode's title is a spoof on the title of Billy Ray Cyrus's song, "Achy Breaky Heart".
• This is the third two-part episode Disney Channel has done. The first was That's So Raven: Country Cousins. The second was The Suite Life Goes Hollywood.
