Request reason:

I apologize for engaging in a massive edit war with mghabmw. I admit to creating sock puppets and for losing my temper and letting things get out of hand on the Reggie Jackson page. I have made useful contributions to many other articles in the past, but I understand the severity of the 3RR and sock puppet rules and I will not make these errors in judgment again. I am prepared to abide by the terms of my suspension; however, my one request is to please reduce my block from "indefinite" to a specific period of time, whatever that period may be. As much as I think both of your behavior went beyond the pale in being despicable, I do have to wonder at the logic of Jaranda blocking you indefinitely and only blocking mghabmw for 31 hours, given that he's a likely sock too. That being said, your use of sockpuppetry was totally out of line. I think you both should have been blocked for 1-2 weeks. The Evil Spartan 13:36, 20 July 2007 (UTC)

I understand and agree it was out of line. I am willing to abide by whatever punishment they give me, but I'd hope to eventually have access again. Pascack 13:54, 20 July 2007 (UTC)
