Drake & Josh: Really Big Shrimp is a movie of the Nickelodeon sitcom Drake & Josh and the sequel to Drake and Josh Go Hollywood. It premiered on August 3, 2007, during the Drake vs. Josh Weekend. Drake Bell performed his new song Makes Me Happy.

Drake Bell not only co-starred in this movie but also took turns behind the camera with Drake & Josh director Steve Hoefer, to make his directorial debut.

Many new things are in the movie such as Josh and Mindy back together and Mindy being Josh's boss. It is also learned that Helen's middle name is Ophelia.

Plot

As the film opens, Drake performs his new song, "Makes Me Happy" live at The Premier in front of a representative from Spin City Records. The representative is amazed at Drake's song, and asks him to come to Spin City Records HQ tomorrow to sign a record deal, They go, and Drake is given a deal. The recording studio then says that Drake's song will be shown on the Super Bowl-seen by 50,000,000 people around the world. While Drake is recording the song, Josh is told that he must sign a "standard" contract. Josh doesnt read the contract at all, mesmerized by massive shrimp. So, Josh mindlessly signs the contract, and ends up signing away all creative rights to Drake's song(s). The recording studio ends up completely ruining Drake's song, and Drake fires Josh.

Drake attempts to plant a tank of fruit flies in the trunk of the record company's representative's car, saying "Sometimes, when someone plays dirty, you have to play dirty back". Josh, unfortunately, takes this to heart and switches the awful song with the original recording and gives the original to the Super Bowl commercial deliverer. So, the original song is heard on National TV, and the recording studio calls to tell the boys that giving the original song to the company was illegal, a violation of their contract, and that they will sue them for $5,000,000 and that they could end up in prison.

It turns out that everybody loved the song, and people downloaded the song so many times it crashed their website's servers. The president of the record company goes on to fire Krimm, the man who messed with the song and Drake is signed for a multi-record contract with Spin City Records. Helen gets married, Drake performs his hit and song and the two fight over a shrimp. The movie ends with a flashback of The Amanda Show where they both fight over a shrimp.

There is a sub-plot with Josh and Mindy. Mindy says that she only took the assistant manager job because she wanted to spend more time with Josh. During the wedding they kiss and decide to get back together.
