The Waterford Regional Sports Centre is part of Waterford Corporation's Municipal sporting facilities.
Included on another site is an 18 hole pitch-and-putt course, an indoor hall, football pitches and tennis courts. The complex also has a Skateboard Park. The RSC comprises a stand of 1,250 seats and a tartan athletics track around a soccer pitch. The pitch is home to Eircom League team Waterford United.
In early August 2007 construction on a new 1,800 seater stand began. The new stand is expected to take 6 months to complete , and when finished it will bring the seating capacity to 3,050.
