National Campaign on Dalit Human Rights is a Christian missionary organization headed by Paul Divakar in Secuderbad, India, claiming to work among the Dalits, but has been known for spreading communalism, the stereotyping and scapegoating of non-Christian religions and forced conversions to Christianity in India. It features anti-Hindu articles attacking Hindus, allegedly with revisionism and propaganda as tactics, in order to stereotype and scapegoat Hindus and facilitate their forced conversions to Christianity. It features articles and endorsements by well known anti-Hindu, anti-Semite and holocaust denier VT Rajshekhar[1], who alleges that all Hindus are "Nazi"s and should consequently be exterminated[1] and that Hindus and Jews are engaged in a systematic conspiracy to take over the world[2]. The NCDHR website shares the same domain with Rajshekhar's website Dalit Voice, which espouses anti-Hindu and antisemitic conspiracy theories and denies the holocaust

It is a partner of the Christian-Aid organization.
