SummerSlam 2000 was the thirteenth annual SummerSlam professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by the World Wrestling Federation (WWF). It took place on August 27 2000 at the Raleigh Entertainment and Sports Arena in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Miscellaneous

  • This is the second SummerSlam in a row where the main event was a Triple Threat match for the WWF Championship. Both matches involved Triple H, but he didn't win either of them.
  • To date, this is the last SummerSlam to feature a singles match between two women. The next women's contest to be held at SummerSlam took place during the 2007 edition, although it was a "Divas Battle Royal" featuring 12 participants.
