I am Everybody Hates Chris. I went to the heads of wikipedia and explained to them the situation of the unfair block and they unblocked me which is why I can now edit through my IP address. Just because you troll and unfair administrators allow you to get away with it and block unfairly, doesn't I can't go make a report on it to the heads of wikipedia and reverse their actions. Your harassing behavior was outrageous before and it seems you're about to continue.
